I had a good inheritance from my grandparents and I put it all in land. This was only a small part of it. I let her drive our little Polaris Ranger side by side ATV. She really liked it. We went out the drive towards the hard road and she was amazed at how thick the woods were with huge oaks, pines, magnolias and palms. Then we came to a clearing and when she looked back you could see all the way to the river. She looked the other way, the clearing continued for another half a mile. She looked at me, "What is this, a highway coming through here someday?"
